Role Overview

Information Technology Intern supports the IT team in maintaining systems, providing technical assistance, and contributing to ongoing technology projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to IT operations, infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and basic system development activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, applications, and IT equipment.

• Help monitor IT systems and ensure operational stability.

• Assist in troubleshooting system errors and user technical problems.

• Support documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and user guidelines.

• Assist in data management, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices.

• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, digitalization initiatives, or application testing.

• Support internal users by responding to IT service requests.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

• Familiar with operating systems (Windows/Linux basic knowledge is a plus).

• Understanding of basic cybersecurity awareness and data protection.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and helpdesk support.

• Familiar with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.

• Basic programming or database knowledge (e.g., SQL, Python, or web basics).

• Understanding of network fundamentals and system administration basics.
