Asset Management Intern PT Berdikari provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in asset management, financial analysis, and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will support the asset management team in monitoring and optimizing company assets, conducting market research, and assisting with investment evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing financial performance and market trends to support asset management decisions.
• Conduct research on investment opportunities, risk factors, and economic indicators.
• Help track and manage asset portfolios, including real estate, financial securities, and other investments.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial models.
• Assist in due diligence for asset acquisitions, disposals, and restructuring.
• Maintain asset management databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize asset utilization and performance.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and economic developments that may impact asset management strategies.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Asset Management, or other related field
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in asset management, investment strategies, and financial markets.
• Prior internship or coursework in asset management, investment analysis, or financial planning is a plus.
