Job Overview:

Risk Management Intern at PT Berdikari will support the Enterprise Risk Management Department in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring potential risks that could affect the company’s business operations, projects, or strategic objectives. This internship offers practical experience in enterprise risk management (ERM), internal control assessment, and compliance within the livestock and agribusiness sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in risk identification and assessment across various business units (operational, strategic, financial, compliance risks).

• Support the development and updating of the company’s Risk Register and Risk Profile.

• Help review and analyze internal risk reports, incidents, and mitigation plans.

• Participate in monitoring the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

• Assist in preparing presentations and risk-related documentation for internal reporting or BOD review.

• Support the implementation of internal control evaluations or policy compliance checks.

• Conduct research on emerging risks and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to collect and verify data.

Requirements:

• Final year student or recent graduate majoring in Risk Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Law, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of risk management frameworks (such as ISO 31000) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.

• High attention to detail and integrity.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a state-owned enterprise environment.
