Job Description

Position Overview:
The Digital Content Intern PT Berdikari will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts by creating, curating, and managing content across various platforms. This position is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in digital content creation, social media management, and audience engagement while contributing to our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

    • Write and edit engaging content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website pages.
    • Collaborate on the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and infographics.
  2. Social Media Management:

    • Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts using content calendars and scheduling tools.
    • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.
  3. SEO & Analytics:

    • Optimize written content for SEO to improve visibility in search engines.
    • Monitor and report on content performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  4. Research:

    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to guide content strategies.
    • Identify trending topics and recommend ways to leverage them in content creation.
  5. Campaign Support:

    • Contribute to brainstorming and executing digital marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with teams to ensure content aligns with overall branding and marketing goals.
  6. Administrative Tasks:

    • Organize and maintain the digital content library.
    • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
