Job Description:

The Information Technology Intern PT Berdikari will assist the IT Department in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the company’s IT infrastructure and systems. This role involves supporting daily IT operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to network and data security management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the company’s internal network at the head office.

2. Support the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices (such as routers, switches, access points, and servers).

3. Provide daily IT support, including setting up workstations (PCs, printers, and software), troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and assisting end users.

4. Contribute to the documentation of IT assets, network topology, and system configurations.

5. Assist in managing basic network security, including firewall setup, user access control, and data backup processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and office productivity software.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
