Job Description
Collaborate with the Presales Team to understand and analyze business process workflows.
Assist in developing simple applications or automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.
Contribute to workflow automation projects such as Asset Management and Bidding Management.
Support documentation, testing, and improvement of automation solutions.
Requirements
Student or fresh graduate majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms).
Good understanding of basic mathematical and logical functions (especially Excel formulas).
Experience or knowledge in process automation or workflow development is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new tools or systems.
Able to commit to a 3-month internship program.
Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) at Jakarta Pusat.
