Job Overview:

PT Berdikari is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Risk Management Intern to join our Finance & Risk Management Division. The Risk Management Intern will support the organization's efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across various business areas. This role involves assisting in analyzing potential risks, researching industry trends, and contributing to the development of risk management strategies. The intern will work closely with the Risk Management team and other departments, gaining valuable hands-on experience in ensuring organizational resilience and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Assessment & Analysis:
  Assist in identifying, evaluating, and documenting potential business risks.
• Research & Reporting:
  Conduct research on risk trends, industry regulations, and compliance standards. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings.
• Process Monitoring:
  Support the monitoring of existing risk controls and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze risks related to operations, compliance, and finance.
• Data Support:
  Help gather and analyze data to support risk assessments and strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Education: 
  Final year students from Reputable University and Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
