- Lead Archive Organization Project for 2 floors at PSDKP's Record Center in Pulomas.
- Managed the organization of archives from 2013-2021 and input of inactive archives totaling 35 shelves with 875 archive boxes, 4 shelves with 200 boxes ready for disposal, and 3 permanent archive shelves with 75 boxes in accordance with archival classification and guidelines.
- Successfully coordinated a 5-person team to input +9000 archive items within 30 days for first floor archive organization.
- Lead a 3-person team to input +3000 archive items within 28 days for first and second floor archive organization.
- Conducted reviews of daily and weekly team reports for submission to supervisor/mentor and maintained regular coordination with mentor.
