Hello! My name is Asyifa Fidella, a final year Psychology major student from Bina Nusantara who's currently active and focused on her self-improvement, especially in the HR field, by seeking more knowledge and skills from online courses while waiting for her graduation. Previously, I took an internship program as an HC Training Intern at a Financial Services Company and a Recruiter Intern at an IT Consulting & Services Company in Jakarta. I have a very high willingness to learn and explore more about Psychology applications in professional settings through Human Resources field-related internship opportunity to gain more knowledge and experience.
