As an intern at PT. Pegadaian, I was responsible for supporting various administrative and operational tasks within the company. My duties included assisting in the preparation and organization of documents, inputting and verifying data into the company’s system, and ensuring the accuracy of financial or customer-related records. I also provided support to customer service activities by helping to respond to inquiries, guiding customers with basic information about services, and directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.

Additionally, I contributed to internal reporting by compiling data, preparing simple reports, and supporting the team in daily operational activities. During the internship, I learned to work collaboratively with staff members, maintain professionalism in communication, and adhere to company policies and procedures. This role allowed me to gain practical experience in financial services, improve my administrative skills, and understand the importance of accuracy, efficiency, and customer-oriented service in a professional environment.

Also contributed to member education on basic financial literacy and supported cooperative meetings and activities.

Economics Choir's • Organisasi

The Faculty of Economics and Business Choir is a student organization that focuses on developing vocal and musical talents through choir performances. This group regularly practices to improve vocal techniques, harmony, and stage performance. Members actively participate in various events such as faculty ceremonies, university celebrations, competitions, and cultural performances.

Through this activity, students not only enhance their artistic and musical abilities but also strengthen teamwork, discipline, and creativity. Being part of the choir provides valuable experience in collaboration, leadership, and building a sense of community within the faculty environment.
