PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or commonly known as Pelindo is Indonesian state-owned enterprises that offers an integrated port services throughout Indonesia. As an intern, I am responsible mainly on:
• Preparing, processing, and administrating individual performance document completeness
• Preparing and processing individual performance's data quarterly, semesterly, and annually
• Preparing and managing individual performance's data to be evaluated by manager and above
• Supporting performance team to socialize proper implementation of performance management
• Creating contents about performance management for bi-weekly posters (Performance Fact!)
• Assisting the complaint handling process of performance management on Portaverse
• Assisting the process of constructing performance dictionary in Pelindo and subsidiaries
Beside the main job, I also support and assist various tasks from other units, such as:
• Execute Job Bidding process in order to fill the internal vacant position
• Support Learning & Development Department in a campaign for a new Knowledge, Learning, and Performance Management platform known as Portaverse.
• Administrate interview process for recruiting candidates in the intern position
• Preparing organizations and positions master data for organization management
