I have strong experience in digital content creation, social media management, and community engagement, strengthened by my role in several NGO, one of which is Head of Media & Communication at Gebrak Indonesia. I have led content planning, produced <br /> visual and written materials, managed multi-platform posting, and built active engagement with diverse audiences. As a biology graduate from Institut Teknologi Bandung with a focus on behavioral biology, I have developed a strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and social interaction which forming the foundation of my passion for community development and people centered work, including HR and employer branding. My passion for community development drives me to create meaningful narratives that highlight organizational values and attract the right talent.

Successfully attracted and recruited 400+ volunteers through compelling outreach content and clear communication that strengthened program visibility and engagement. Supported recruitment planning and coordination for 18 interdisciplinary community service projects across multiple villages, including screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
