At Converso Coffee & Eatery, I led the repositioning project as a family café, handling marketing campaigns, social media ads, and family events that boosted engagement. I also collaborated with PT Pertamina Lubricants on eco-tourism promotion for Glawan Village. These experiences shaped my interest in corporate branding, stakeholder relations, and strategic communication, especially within BUMN.

Through this initiative, Kami Rangkul not only provided educational resources but also became a safe space for students to share, learn, and receive mental health support. This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in strategic communication, digital content management, and social impact program development, while deepening my passion for education and community empowerment.

During my internship as an Event Coordinator at Hotel Grandhika Semarang, I successfully coordinated the Batik Day Celebration, an initiative aimed at strengthening the hotel’s brand awareness among youth and international students. In this role, I approached and collaborated with key figures such as Miss Puteri Persahabatan Cathrine Stumer, fashion designer Nikki Hutomo, and local artisans to deliver engaging programs including a talk show, batik coaching workshop, and fashion show. I also partnered with Dharma Wanita UNDIP and international student communities to broaden the event’s exposure and cross-cultural engagement. Beyond conceptual planning, I was responsible for managing logistics, coordinating speakers, and ensuring branding consistency. This experience not only enhanced my event management and communication skills but also gave me valuable insights into stakeholder engagement and hospitality marketing.

Successfully contributed to the Corporate Secretary Division by developing and delivering BCOMMS (internal communication campaign) materials, which were implemented across ADHI’s social media and internal channels. Created engaging Instagram content and captions for management walkthroughs, strengthening ADHI’s digital presence and stakeholder communication. Designed and produced various communication materials, including the revitalization of the ADHI website, Transport Day Campaign, 4R management program, thematic design for Rakor, and references for TikTok/Reels to inspire innovative storytelling.
Conducted company scoring and agenda setting, providing structured insights to support strategic planning. Coordinated with vendor agencies (CCI) and ADHI departments to align posting schedules, branding consistency, and social media trends. Assisted in preparing the 2023 Corporate Communication Evaluation and delivered recommendations for the 2024 strategy.
Additionally, supported the execution of CSR program Khitanan Massal ADHI 2024 by designing registration forms, serving as the PIC for participants, handling logistics, and managing internal communication with the committee. Compiled and presented structured reports, engagement references, and budget details, ensuring strong documentation for the Corporate Secretary Division.

I also initiated FKMM Peduli, a social program that involved donations to orphanages and a day of teaching, reflecting a strong commitment to community service. Internally, I organized upgrading and bonding activities to enhance team capacity and solidarity. Additionally, I oversaw Saragi (Friday Breakfast & Quran Recitation), an initiative that went viral on social media (X), engaged multiple faculties, and was even replicated by other faculty Rohis organizations, significantly boosting FKMM’s credibility and influence as a student organization.
