I have a strong interest in the maritime shipping and logistics industry, supported by familiarity with shipping documents and basic maritime administrative processes. I collaborated with a 9-member project team in structured ideation sessions to identify 20+ user problems, group them into priority categories, and generate 30+ solution ideas that were later refined and voted on using a quantitative scoring method.
I designed 100+ UI screens (mobile & website) using Figma, including authentication screens (login, signup, and forgot password), persona-based landing pages for Freight Forwarders and Shipping Lines, the order list page, and benchmarking 6 major order service flows (receiving, delivery, delivery extension, loading cancel, change POD, and billing flow).
