CubMu is an online video streaming service provided by Transvision, A CT Corp company. In my position, As a UI/UX and CX observer, I was primarily concerned in learning about users' experiences and how they interacted with the site. My duties included

- Checked over 70 live TV channels and 25 video genres/categories every week, reviewing a library of more than 500 shows to find bugs and ways to improve the user experience.

- Found and reported more than 5 critical problems each month across different devices (web, mobile, TV), which helped make the streaming service more reliable for users.

- Provided regular reports to the product team with suggestions to help them decide which bugs to fix first and how to improve the app's design.

In the end, I wanted to help CubMu users to enjoy a smooth and interesting watching experience, which would help the platform succeed and keep people coming back.

During my internship as a UI/UX Designer at PT Finnet Indonesia, I worked on Finpay, a payment gateway and billing service. My responsibilities included

- Participated in a redesign of the Finpay payment gateway's Digital Touch Point's page to make it easier for users, which resulted in a 318.18% increase in page visits

- Conducting user research with 20+ participants to gather insights,

- Translated user feedback into user friendly wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, which helped solve key issues in the final product.

- Created clear presentations, including product guides and user journey maps, to share user research findings with the project team.

​This experience has sharpened my skills in UI/UX design and provided valuable insights into the industry.

Jakarta Town Festival • Part Time

Jakarta Town Festival, a sold out live music festival held in August 2022 with the Headline being HIVI!, Ardhito Pramono, Reality Club, Vierratale, and Rizky Febian. My responsibilities was to,

- Actively checking 10+ artists' and bands' technical riders against the festival’s equipment list to confirm all necessary gear and demand was ready for pre, during, and post performance.
- Organizing the musical equipment on stage, making sure it arrived at the correct stage on schedule.
- Working directly with stage managers and artist crews to handle their equipment needs and confirm their stage setup plans.
- Helping fast stage changes between bands and artists to keep the festival running on time.

Javandalas Entertainment Jakarta provides professional live music for a wide range of events that offers everything from pianists and keyboardists, to larger groups including acoustic bands, small bands, full bands, etc.
My responsibilites included in,

- Executed live audio mixing and sound system operation for 250+ events including concerts, weddings, corporate gatherings, family gatherings, birthday parties, etc.

- Responsible for the setup and breakdown of professional audio equipment.

- Collaborated with event organizers, singers, and band members to ensure all sound requirements and frequencies were met for successful live productions.
