Kaila Zahra Nandika
I am an organized and adaptive Industrial Engineering graduate with a strong interest in business analysis and data analytics. Motivated to continuously learn, I earned a data analytics certification and gained hands-on experience in analyzing Internet Service Provider Customer Churn. I also applied my knowledge by leading the development of three new business processes at Telkom Indonesia, which improved Human Capital Technology and Data Governance. This initiative involved cross-team collaboration and resulted in a comprehensive HC Data Playbook that simplified complex technical and legal information for over 50 users across the directorate. I am skilled in business problem-solving, statistics, spreadsheets, SQL, Python for data analysis, and data visualization (Tableau). Additionally, my passion for design has earned recognition in 2D research and UX certification. I am ready to connect data, process, and people to create meaningful business value.

Project Experience - Internet Service Provider Customer Churn Analysis (Nov 2024 - Jan 2025)
● Analyzed 72,274 customer records for Tcel Company, which experienced a 55.41% churn rate, significantly above the 31% industry average, using data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and logistic regression in Python.
● Developed interactive visualizations in Tableau to present findings to non-technical teams
● Proposed retention strategies, including cross-selling, loyalty programs, and contract promotions, are estimated to reduce churn by at least 5% in 2025.
