- Diagnose small animal and exotic pet diseases at least 5 to 10 patients a day, based on anamnesis, physical examination, and supporting examination (laboratory examination, USG),
- Prescribe medication according to the patients needs with precise dose, thus patients will be recovered without developing drug resistance,
- Implement vaccination programs for pets at least 5 to 7 patients a week and educate clients to increase understanding of the importance of vaccines for human and animal health,
- Perform minor and major surgery (castration, ovariohysterectomy, etc.), at least 1 patient a week,
- Perform care and treatment of outpatients and inpatients with cure rate of over 85%, also observe and report inpatient's daily condition to the owners,
- Provide animal health and care consultation, also educate clients concerning zoonotic diseases,
- Set the daily schedule for employees each month based on their activities outside of work to ensure that the schedule is balanced and fair for all employees.
