During my internship, I documented over 30 SQL queries across four key dashboards, which reduced maintenance time and improved team onboarding efficiency by 40%. I also co-developed SiCete, an AI-powered data assistant built with Dialogflow CX, BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Run, successfully reducing the average response time for ad-hoc data requests. In addition, I built and optimized more than five analytical SQL queries to track the performance of 250+ UMKM, segment over 1,000 buyers for targeted marketing campaigns, and aggregate stakeholder data across multiple records. To further enhance data quality, I conducted cross-table validation on four data sources, identifying and resolving inconsistencies that improved reporting accuracy.

LLDIKTI Wilayah IV • Magang

During my internship at LLDIKTI IV, I developed interactive dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Apps Script, reducing reporting time by 80% and enabling real-time updates for SPMI data across 250 institutions. I also co-initiated the “Klinik SPMI” mentoring program, which improved the status of 27 underperforming institutions, achieving a 12% reduction in the red zone within three months.

Additionally, I built a professor directory website to simplify expert discovery and automated PKM contract generation for 50+ universities using Autocrat, increasing efficiency by 70%. These projects enhanced my expertise in data management, automation, and system optimization.

Engineering Service Community • Project Base

During a Community Service program at Sein Farm, Bandung, my team and I identified more than ten key operational challenges and proposed innovative, intelligent system–based solutions. One of the primary initiatives was the development of a website-based ticketing system designed to streamline customer interactions and improve operational efficiency. Over two weeks, we created and implemented a solution adapted to Sein Farm’s requirements, focusing on increasing revenue and strengthening customer satisfaction.

Following implementation, we facilitated a socialization session with 25+ participants, including Sein Farm managers, to ensure smooth adoption of the system. The initiative received 80% positive feedback, underscoring its effectiveness in improving workflows and the overall customer experience. This project not only delivered tangible impact for the organization but also strengthened my skills in problem-solving, system development, and stakeholder engagement.

KONTENT HIMA IF Telkom University • Part Time

KONTENT (Komunitas Tentor) is one of the academic programs under HIMA IF Telkom University, designed to provide tutoring opportunities for students who want to gain teaching experience while supporting their peers. Its goal is to provide additional learning support for Informatics students in need of guidance.

During my 6-month experience as a tutor, I taught Calculus and Advanced Calculus to small groups of 4–5 students, creating learning modules, exercises, and quizzes to strengthen their understanding. This role allowed me to develop strong communication and mentoring skills, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way.
