Berpengalaman dan memiliki ketertarikan pada eksperimen RnD, uji mikrobiologi, alur kerja laboratorium biofarmasi, serta terbuka untuk peluang baru dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kerja tim yang kuat.

• Operating and preparing several laboratory appliances in upstream and downstream processes for biopharmaceutical product development (ex: TFF,

• Researching the potential applications of Nannochloropsis oculata as an antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory agent.
• Cultivating marine microalgae N. oculata in over 100 liters of seawater-based growth media.
• Extracting and preparing N. oculata biomass using Ultrasonication-Assisted Extraction (UAE) with probe sonicator, followed by rotary evaporation and freeze-
drying techniques.
• Analyzing antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli using Kirby-Bauer Disk Diffusion, Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC), and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) assays.
